Sessions are typically 90–120 minutes. Most clients experience meaningful change within 1–3 sessions per issue and leave with clarity, relief, and practical tools.
How many sessions will I need?
Every person is different. Some experience clarity and relief after the first session, while others choose ongoing support.
Yes. You’ll receive a 10–15 minute personalized hypnosis recording to listen to daily for 21 days to reinforce your transformation and support lasting change.

Do you recommend medication?
I strongly support exploring natural healing methods whenever possible. That said, medication questions should always be discussed with your medical provider, as I do not advise on prescriptions.
