Inner Canvas Experiences is facilitated by a Certified Hypnotherapist with 20+ years of professional and personal experience serving aging adults. Care for older adults has been a lifelong calling—beginning in childhood, growing through hands-on roles as a dietary aide, CNA, private in-home caregiver, senior care case coordinator, and later in business development for an in-home care agency.
After years of volunteering and hosting creative activities within senior communities, this work has come full circle through hypnotherapy and mindfulness. Inner Canvas Experiences was created to support aging adults in continuing to live fully, creatively, and with dignity—because growing older does not mean giving up on joy, expression, or inner peace.
Activity timeframes may vary based on participant engagement, with the listed duration serving as the maximum session length.
